Walking trails
With Ulriken643 as
your starting point, you can choose between 15 different walks and circular
walks in the mountains high above the city. Bergen Base Camp has mapped familiar and new walking
terrain to ensure great diversity of walking and nature experiences. The trails are marked in different colours on the map,
classified by length and degree of difficulty. The terrain is also described and there is advice
about suitable footwear.
The map of walking
trails on and around Ulriken has been developed together with Bergen Base Camp
and the City of Bergen. All the trails have been
marked with GPS coordinates to ensure that the map and terrain are in
agreement. You will find the maps on the large information boards
at the lower and upper stations.
You can also buy the maps for NOK 20 at Bergen Base Camp and at the
tourist information office in Bergen. You can hire a GPS from Wave at the Fish
Market and Bergen Base Camp. A GPS gives you easy access to lots of fun
