Activities
From autumn 2009
we’re offering activities to our Friskis members. These activities are of course free for our members,
but non-members can pay per session to try them out. Activities will take place on a weekly basis, with 3-4
activities per week. Activities are adapted to suit different groups, so
that all our members benefit from the sessions.
